Various episodes of T and T made use of different spaces within the cottages of the former Lakeshore Psychiatric Hospital, transforming their look according to the needs of the scene. The Cricket Pitch at the south side of the campus, along with the gazebo at the far end of the field, and the rocky shoreline of Colonel Samuel Smith Park also feature in various episodes.

T and T also used the cottages for their production offices; they were located on the second floor of what is now Humber College's E Building on the Lakeshore campus.
