- September 28, 2025: Last day to submit a Vendor Application
- Selected vendors will be contacted beginning October 6, 2025
- October 24, 2024: Confirmation of participation + non-refundable table payment due
- Saturday, November 29, 2024: New Toronto Holiday Market (10 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
Table Prices:
- Full table (6') at $50
- Shared half table (3') at $25
100% of vendor table fees are made as a direct donation to a local charity - charity to be announced!

The New Toronto Holiday Market is returning for its sixth year on Saturday, November 29th at the Humber Polytechnic Student Welcome and Resource Centre at 2 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive, Etobicoke ON.
In 2024, we are excited to share that 100% of vendor table fees were donated to Haven on the Queensway, raising a total of $1,450 for our community. We are in the midst of confirming the 2025 Charity, stay tuned for the official announcement!
